Shipping

All orders shipped via UPS in accordance with our shipping provider’s policies and procedures. You may contact our shipping provider to request a shipping schedule and rates.

Product Availability

Each item listed herein will indicate if it is in stock, on order, special order, or pre-order. Diecasm will inform you of any backorder items with your order confirmation.

Return Policy All returns are subject to Diecasm’s return policy as set forth below:

(a) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may, within ten (10) days of receipt, return the item for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping and handling charges. If the reason for your return is because the item is defective in any manner through no fault of you, then Diecasm will promptly send you a replacement item, or if one cannot be provided, you will be provided with either a Diecasm credit, Diecasm coupon or a full refund. Close-out, Last Chance, Raffle, Regalia, special order, and custom made items may not be returned for any reason unless it is proven that the items were defective upon your receipt of same.

(b) In order to return an item, please contact our customer service department at CustomerService@diecasm.com to explain the reason for your return. Wherever appropriate, you will be provided with an Authorization Number to be included with the returned item(s).

(c) All return merchandise must be received by Diecasm unused and in its original packaging. Do not alter the original packaging in any manner. Please place the original packaging inside a separate container for shipping back to the address stated below. Any items that are not received in their original, unsealed packaging will not be accepted by Diecasm and you will not receive a replacement or refund, although Diecasm, at its sole and absolute discretion, may offer a credit or Diecasm coupon in an amount determined by Diecasm toward a future Diecasm purchase.

(d) Diecasm is not responsible for defects or damages caused to merchandise due to your mishandling, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.

Charitable Contribution

Diecasm will donate ten percent (10%) of net sales revenues collected by Diecasm, excluding shipping, handling and applicable sales taxes, to certain charitable organizations as provided below.

You may designate which charitable organization will receive the ten percent (10%) contribution made as a result of your purchase by choosing from the list of organizations provided to you when you order. If you do not select an organization to receive the contribution from the list provided, Diecasm will choose the organization that will receive the contribution made as result of your purchase. Diecasm will not accept any returns or provide any refunds in the event you are dissatisfied with the charitable organization selected to receive a contribution from Diecasm.

Approximately ninety (90) days following the date of purchase, you will receive written notice of the charitable contribution resulting from your purchase. A charitable contribution will not be made on any purchase where the item is returned or a refund of any amount is given.

You acknowledge and agree that the charitable organization which receives a contribution as a result of your purchase will have the right to use your name to publicize the contribution.

Regalia

Regalia product purchase provides direct benefit to their respective organization(s). Diecasm will not donate ten percent (10%) of net sales revenues collected by Diecasm for Regalia. When a purchase includes both Regalia and non-Regalia products, Diecasm shall only make a Charitable Contribution on the non-Regalia product(s) per the Charitable Contribution terms.

Raffles | Drawings

Raffle, drawings or similar product (collectively known as Raffles) purchased provides direct benefit to their respective organization(s). Diecasm will not donate ten percent (10%) of net sales revenues collected by Diecasm for Raffles. When a purchase includes both Raffle and non-Raffle products, Diecasm shall only make a Charitable Contribution on the non-Raffle product(s) per the Charitable Contribution terms.

Special Information for Non-Profit Organizations

In order for a non-profit organization to be listed on this website and receive contributions, the non-profit organization must, in turn, have a link on its website to Diecasm’s homepage, unless waived by Diecasm, in its sole and absolute discretion, for a specified period of time. All non-profit organizations listed on Diecasm’s website hereby agree to include Diecasm’s name and a link to Diecasm’s homepage on their website, and further agree not to list any of Diecasm’s competitors on their website during the period that they are participating in this program. If a non-profit organization participating in this program fails to meet the foregoing requirements, Diecasm reserves the right to remove such non-profit organization from its website and such non-profit organization will no longer be eligible to receive any contributions from Diecasm.

All non-profit organizations listed on this website represent and warrant, and by allowing their name and website to be included on Diecasm’s website, agree to the following: (a) that such non-profit organization qualifies for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; (b) that such non-profit organization can provide evidence of its qualification under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; and (c) that such non-profit organization will immediately inform Diecasm if its status as a 501(c)(3) organization is revoked or suspended for any reason.

Non-profit organizations operating under Sections 501(c)(6), 501(c)(7) or 501(c)(10) of the Internal Revenue Code may be listed on this website and warrant, and by allowing their name and website to be included on Diecasm’s website, agree to the following: (a) that such non-profit organization qualifies for tax-exempt status under their respective Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code; (b) that such non-profit organization can provide evidence of its qualification under their respective Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code; and (c) that such non-profit organization will immediately inform Diecasm if its status as a Section 501(c)(6), 501(c)(7) and 501(c)(10) organization is revoked or suspended for any reason.

A non-profit organization that receives a charitable contribution from Diecasm may use the name of Diecasm or its customer to publicize the contribution made as a result of the purchase made by Diecasm’s customer.
