When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and/or dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Dimensional weight is calculated by the shipping provider and may or may not reflect the actual weight of the shipment. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping
All orders shipped via FedEx or USPS in accordance with our shipping provider’s policies and procedures. You may contact our shipping provider to request a shipping schedule. Except for shipments to a designated US PO Box, Diecasm may choose how the order is shipped at no additional expense to the Customer. Alternatively and only with pre-approval from Diecasm, you may pick-up your item from Diecasm at a designated location.

All US shipments are sent with signature required, if you wish to waive this requirement Diecasm must be notified in writing before the shipment is sent and you accept all risks including lost for the shipment.

Shipping International
International shipping only includes the transportation of the products from Diecasm's office or Diecasm's designated warehouse to the you at an international location. International shipping does not include VAT, GST or any other customs fees and taxes which are not the responsibility of Diecasm and are 100% your responsibility.
